I had searched from months for a new primary care provider and had seen Dr. Fernandez reviews on the website and her patients LOVE her so I thought I would see if she was a good fit. She is truly an amazing provider who listens and truly cares about her patients. She is a breath of fresh air in the medical field!! We need more doctors like her :)

My provider was extremely supportive and helpful. I was nervous to switch pcp but she made the experience so easy. She listened to what I had to say and offered advice or referrals when needed.

Although the wait time was longer than usual, it was explained, understandably; that there was a patient emergency. And Dr. Fernandez still spent time with me going over all my concerns without me feeling rushed.

DR. Ashley is highly recommended to anyone who wants careful and thorough care. She is so nice to me and I felt comfortable on my first visit with her. I asked right away if she could be my doctor going forward. My primary doctor before left for another job in a different department. And, I had to look for the care at par. She turned out to be very nice. She set expectation, which is good.. She treated me with respect and kindness. She'll be mine and my husband's doctor soon.

She's going to be an excellent doctor!! I love going to her!! She cares about you and really looks into your concerns. Don't ruin this one with your stupid rules and regulations, I've been switching over to TRIOS for every thing else because of that. I've had heart problems and since I'm a new patient I can't see a doctor for 11 months so I went to trios, it's scary when you have a bpm of 33-36 you don't care about your patients.

This was a new patient apt, there was a cancellation so I got in within days when this provider has a 6 month wait time. I was SO impressed with how comfortable I was talking to the RN/MA and the DO. I was there for a lot of hormonal mental health reasons and I work in healthcare so I was in just a vulnerable state. The apt couldn't have happened at a better time and I feel like the universe gifted me Dr. Fernandez and the clinic.

I've been very impressed with everything, especially the people. I also really like the convenience of the MyChart app. I've been surprised by how fast I've been able to see test results. Also, being able to check in online before appointments saves time for both me and the provider.
