Ms. Santos, ARNP, is one of the best family practice health care providers I have ever had. She listens carefully, assesses what care is needed, and we discuss what the next steps could be and come to an agreement. She always respects my wishes about care, and we track the plan as a team. Her manner in the exam room is professional and compassionate and she is very approachable and understanding about any health concern or life situation that arises. Her MAs, and the lab and front desk staff are all excellent as well. Follow-up communication is always prompt and and easy to understand, and they have all been very helpful and responsive to several situations that needed quick attention. I couldn't be happier with my health team at at West Kennewick Primary Care. Thank you.

She is an exceptional person and I have ALWAYS felt like I was receiving the best care. My earlier response regarding the waiting time was a result of an obviously very sick child in a nearby treatment room who needed attention. I would have gladly waited hours to see Stephanie knowing that the child was receiving the best care he/she could receive.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Santos. She treats me like family, but in a professional way I always feel comfortable to say what's on my mind and I'm never embarrassed. She makes me feel relaxed and calm and no anxiety when seeing her which has always been a problem in my past, best Doctor I've ever had

When I see Stephanie Santos, I never feel rushed. I feel listened to. I feel llike I got lucky finding her, because there are a huge number of crappy Kadlec doctors in this area.
