Over the years we have gotten to know each other and interact very well.

Great doctor, great use of the mychart messaging and great visit.

Always feel taken care of. Only problem is how long you have to wait to get an appt.

Dr. Jeon listens well and clearly explains health related issues and how the body works and reacts to symptoms, drugs, etc.

Dr Jeon was called in when the RN found I had an a Fib he responded immediately as needed. He has been responsive to my requests.

He went far beyond to explained about the test and asked several times If I had to any questionsHe was fully detailed. It could not have been a better visit. Lol

My wife has been in Dr. Jon's care for several years now, and his level of care for my wife convinced me to choose him as my primary physician.

Outstanding Medical Care Team!!

Easiest check-in ever, waited less than 5 minutes to start my appointment. Everyone was kind and warm, from the front door to the exit! The sweet lady in the lab was doing double duty; manning check-in and doing the actual lab work with patients, and still kept a smile and a positive attitude. Extra kudos to her!!

My provider is awesome it's just he is so booked that sometimes it's hard to get an appointment with him cuz he is so booked out

The provider is great. His support team is good. The referral office is slow and with virtually NO communication with the patient. Providence appears to be understaffed in many areas with a negative impact on its patients.

I called to make appointments for non urgent care in September/October and first available dates were in January and February. If anything is important or urgent, I now go to Immediate Care or the Hospital Emergency room. None of the doctors have Walk-in or wait care for my condition they are familiar with. I can make it work for me, but I prefer seeing a doctor who is familiar and don't have to research my file (if they actually do). Dr. Jeon has been very helpful, listens, recommends and refers me to excellent Doctors. I ask and he helps me try new things to improve my understanding of my diabetes, heart care, weight loss, neuropathy and now hearing loss. Getting old is not for the weak or timid. When asked "where does it hurt" I point at my elbow and say "Not here". YouTube and Facebook are our sources for answers to many of our medical questions. Dr. Jeon keeps me straight. Thanks.

Happy with my care for more than 15 years

The provider is very good but the availability to get in quickly is difficult. Appointments are only offered a few months ahead and it's hard to get in. Having TELEHEALTH as an option is wonderful - I like Dr. Jeon and he listens well and cares.
