I find that the entire practice goes above & beyond! From scheduling appointments to questions over the phone this practice is "Top Notch". The only thing that could improve is the amount of time it takes to get a refill approved on medication. That is certainly lagging consistently. Even with medications the l have been in for years!

Dr Amato has been my primary doctor for years. She's smart, knows her field well, and always addresses my concerns. She gets my quirky sense of humor as well. Bonus!

Dr Amato Is an awesome provider and I'm really happy with her. When asked If I called the clinic I normally contact with My Chart. I find the system user friendly although responses were a bit slow toward the end of the year, now they seem back up. Dr Amato orders lab work annually, just don't think In the last 3 months. In the past she has referred me to different specialist which I still see.

The service received from Dr Amato and the Providence team was outstanding! Dr Amato is open-minded and respects the concerns and feedback of her patients, which Is Illustrated In the fact that our Interactions are always a 'discussion' about what therapies best support my Individual lifestyle. I also find the coordination and supportive relationship that the Hawkes Prairie Clinic has with LabCorp office to be very beneficial. Lab results are easy to find via MyChart, and it's easy to reference historical results in the app. Communication via MyChart has also been very easy with Dr Amato and her supporting team. Overall, on a scale of 1-100 (100 being the best), I would rate my overall experiences at the Providence Hawkes Prairie Clinic, and associated Providence/MyChart app, as a solid 95% (with the missing 5% completely related wait time for appointments). Otherwise, job well done!

This visit with Dr Damato went very well. She listened to my problem and explained how a prescription medication could have negative side effects. She scheduled me for a two month follow up. I was happy with this visit.

Dr Amato is an excellent doctor who truly cares about her patients. She is easy to talk to, and encourages her patients in their self care.

She is kind and does pay attention to what I am saying. However she does not consider likely causes in my life for problem areas (in this visit it was blood pressure). She focused on need for weight loss. My own research after the visit points to chronic, severe stress over the last year on top of sleep deprivation. These are listed as valid causes on a basic Google search. I did discuss all of that with her. And the fact that my weight dropped 20 pounds several months ago. This isn't the first time I have had to do my own research to determine what was causing problems. Time will tell, I felt uncomfortable when I left.

My care provider is nice and respectful.
