Dr. Kooser is a caring and intelligent doctor. He really treats the person, not just the problem. He takes time to make sure we've covered all my questions.

I love everything about this practice except how long I have to wait to see Dr. Kooser. I also don't like being forced to do surveys...as in...you keep sending it till I do it.

I have never had any trouble accessing healthcare at Providence and Lacey. I have used urgent care on occasion but scheduling an appointment with Dr. Kooser has never been a problem.

Absolutely one of THE BEST physicians I've ever had and that's why I will drive 1.5 hrs to see him! Can you get more like him?

From day one Dr. Kooser has always been easy to talk to. He has never been in a hurry no matter how busy he is. He has worked well with me to make access to some test easier for me. Sometimes I have had to wait for 2 or 3 months to see him for something that was of importance to me. That ist on him but, scheduling!

Dr. Kooser and staff are the best. They are professional yet personal. They give me the time that I need making me feel like I am the only patient in the office which I know not to be true. Dr. Kooser listens, offers different perspectives on treatment and care, which I greatly appreciate. He is very personable making me feel like I am a friend and not just a patient. I feel lucky to have him as my primary care physician.
