Although I was not able to see my regular doctor (she was booked out 3 months), I was seen the same day by another doctor. Very appreciative of that.

Excellent from moment I walked in to the clinic.

She was very interested in me and my health and referring me out to specialists that I need.

Dr Chan explained the need for tests and bloodwork and explained what she would be looking for regarding future tests and medications

Dr. Chan was amazing!! She listened to all of my concerns and treated each one like it was significant and helped me come up with solutions. She made me feel heard and respected, which I don't usually feel from doctors. She was so helpful and so compassionate. She also explained things in ways that were easy to understand and helped me make a plan for my health concerns in a way that felt very collaborative.

This was my first visit with Dr. Chan as my new primary care. She reviewed my hx and rx. She was very easy to talk to and understand her explanations. She did not make me fill rushed at all. I'm very happy to have her as my new doctor.

Wonderful provider Dr Chan!!

I had two different people with several appointments changed by you. Previously you promised I would be getting a Physician not just a practitioner. My last visit I saw a Doctor who was fantastic. I requested she become my primary. Filling out the survey was difficult because of the changes In the last visits by Providence. The last visit by Dr. Chan was awesome. The level of service was exemplary by all standards especially the followup and explanations. I wish her to become my Physician of record..
