I have been using the Clinic at Panorama for over 8 years and have always received good care.

Maggie is very easy to talk with, listens to what I have to tell her and explains things so I can understand the information she is giving me. I think she is doing a great job and like her and appreciate her dedication

Dr. Maggie is very professional

Though it took a long time not to schedule my appointment, it took a long time to wait for it. I called in mid December and did not get in until mid-February. My provider/nurse practitioner is that much in demand. I wish there were more like her! She does an outstanding job with her patients. She is Margaret Marchand.

Maggie Marchand ARNP is excellent as my PCP. She or someone in her office respond very quickly to any messages I send on MyChart. Maggie is very knowledgeable and professional and I trust her to listen and answer questions. She knows when she needs to refer out or seek other info, but I am always amazed at her scope of knowledge and familiarity with a range of diagnoses. My only issue is that it is difficult to get appointments at the clinic when there is an issue that may be more urgent. I don't consider that a reflection on Maggie. The only reason I waited more than 15 minutes this last visit is because she had to deal with an emergency, and I trust her when she says that. The receptionists and other support staff are excellent. It is great to have such a clinic within walking distance.

This was my first personal visit as my husband has been a patient for quite some time. I've been very impressed with the care he received so I decided to switch from my previous provider to this one.

Every experience has been excellent

The only problem with Dr Merchant is that she is too busy. Takes a long time to get an appointment with her. She is an amazing doctor. We are fortunate to have her.

Maggie was super and I felt well cared for - I had a presenting health issue and feel fortunate she was assigned to see me. Blood work, a diagnosis, a prescription - I am on my road to recovery this week. Please thank her for me. We wish we could be one of her patients at the clinic.

I absolutely love my doctor, she is so caring and knowledgeable! The only thing that was hard was when I was sick and couldn't get in, though I know they are short staffed. I ended up at a walkin clinic instead.

Maggie was very helpful as was the student shadowing her.

She is now having me to come back in a few weeks to recheck my blood pressure checked with a RN . She is a kind & compassionate provider & never in a hurry at my visits. So often when I call for an appointment, the appointment is so far out they recommend going to urgent care. Last month I went directly to urgent care and didn't call the office. This time I went to urgent care at 5:30 in the morning. The clinic called me the next morning which I appreciated. I got on within a week.

When immediate care was needed and there was no physicians available at the Panorama Clinic, they referred me to the Providence Immediate Care Clinic on College St. This is where we were treated quickly and appropriately for the situation. Then later in the week we needed a referral for Assisted Living care at the Bonaventure facility from Panorama Clinic Physician and that was when this appointment was made quickly and they fit us in to complete the necessary paperwork.

Being of old (age 85) I struggle with seeing a female provider that Is not a Medical Doctor. She is kind and appears to know her stuff but it is a real change for me.

Maggie did not rush the appointment and seemed genuinely interested in my health. She was very pleasant and did not rush me. She knows what she is talking about. I am a nurse as well so I know what a good visit is supposed to be and she definitely treated me well.
