The providers at Providence have always treated me with respect and courtesy.The front end staff members who check-in patients for appointments are just as courteous and helpful.

My health care is handled by Brianne McQuillan, ARNP, FNP-C. She Is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She provides excellent care.

I really like Brianne and feel comfortable enough to talk to her about health concerns. I would recommend her if I have the chance. I've been to the emergency walk- clinic there and everyone is always very nice and helpful and quick.

I established care with my new provider at this visit and am so happy I switched from mason clinic in shelton. The level of care here is so much better. I left the visit feeling seen and heard for the first time in a long time. I am very thankful for my new provider.

It was my first time meeting this provider but she was very caring and took my concerns seriously. I have been passed off twice to new providers because of providers leaving the practice, so hopefully this one lasts a while.

I think it turned out well for a randomly selected office and physician.

Brianne McQuillan seemed very well informed about my issue and the advantages and disadvantages of the various possible solutions to address it. We came up with an approach that I feel comfortable with and even optimistic about.

I had 2 canceled appointments before I was able to see my new doctor. As I am new to Providence. I am pleased with my treatment and ease of having my lab work.

I love provider team. They have helped me greatly with managing my diabetes. I went from an AIC of 14+, to my last reading of 6.5. Have made this progress in less than 9 months with the help of my provider, nutritionist, and pharmacy provider. Trying to get my daughter to switch over to Providence. I am very pleased and satisfied. Plus the convenience of all services and lab in one building is another is very convenient.

Appointments are timely and professional. Everyone is very polite and friendly. Provider listens and communicate with you on all my health issues.

During this visit PA McQuillan had a trainee PA with her. The PA trainee did the majority of the exam by himself, while not wearing gloves. I was being seen for among other things, an open wound on the bottom of my right foot. It would have been nice for the PA trainee to have been gloved up. When PA McQuillan came in she did the first part of my exam ungloved. After that she did glove up. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

She is very informed and listened to my concerns.

Everything with the provider and her team was great.Main problem was to find an appointment as a new patient. Had a high risk condition, went to Providence ER and even with those records, the wait time for an appointment was 3 months!I got the appointment with the provider I am with now, just by chance, after I called a provider in a neighbor city!

I saw a Dr to help me with prescriptions. It took 2 months before I was able to see Brianne - the only opening for me besides urgent care. I like her very much and I think I'll be able to work with her even though I have many fears.

The 2 women that inspected and reviewed the patient were kind, knowledgeable, professional, responsive, respectful and most importantly: Caring. Both women cared, and you can't teach one this special talent. They both have a Good Caring disposition.

This was my first time seeing Dr McMillan. It was a follow up from my hospital stay. I was very impressed with the staff and Dr McMillan. She covered all my my medical conditions and prescription. She also set up a health plan and referrals for future visits and health care issues

This was my new patient initial visit. My only complaint is that it took over 4 months to get my initial appointment. Your telephone operator was very helpful. She suggested that I use your immediate care to get my prescriptions refilled. That worked well. The doctor I saw was also able to give me referrals to specialists that I needed to see.

The provider was very good. I called and got in the same day. I would see that provider again. They were good help.
