Dr Steele was very proficient. She had thoroughly reviewed my history, clearly discussed her observations, clearly answered my questions, and quickly documented our appointment. She was adept at giving me a screening test of my communication deficiencies and made referrals for brain MRI and neurologist.

The provider was very thorough during the initial new patient appointment. In regards to Providence scheduling procedure, there should be a way to check appointment availability & to schedule appointments on-line instead of calling in which is inefficient especially when there is no availability at a particular location.

Dr Steele is great but you have her so over scheduled. Existing patients have a very hard time getting timely appts because she and other drs have such a patient overload. Not fair to them or us.

Dr. steel, in my opinion, is a very caring, competent, professional provider. She is a very good listener, and I have great faith in her medical abilities.

I like everything but it's quite obvious that physicians are on a time limit. Luckily Dr Steele is super efficient. But scheduling appointments to see Dr quickly is very difficult. You wait for months. Don't like this.

Very Pleasant

I was able to get in to see my provider in a timely manner and review my conditions as needed. I am very happy with the care and services provided for myself and my wife at this clinic.

This was my first visit and now I have a PCP. Dr. Steele was very thorough and fast. My history was rather complicated and took the entire 40 minutes. I wish we had a couple of minutes so she got to know me besides my medical history but c'est la vie.
