Was very thorough. Asked about a couple things I would have forgotten like moles, skin changes. Answered questions about my excema. Explained lab results that were ordered last year to be done by this appointment. Did 'senior' testing. (Memory, cognitive, mental health). Overall, a very good appointment.

Overall, it was a good experience, and I would recommend it to anyone. What I don't like is having to wait six months to see a doctor, I think that's a little out of hand, but I also know there are people out there that need to see a doctor sooner than I do, I still think having an appointment six months out is crazy.

Dr. Pickett and staff have been VERY prompt in responding to messages sent through MyChart and providing updated information on test results.

I like my doctor he is very nice, very respectful. Takes his time with the patient addresses all concerns and is very attentive

All concerns I had were discussed satisfactorily.

Dr Picket does good job listening to my questions and explaining the health issues. I brought up my problem with my foot and I received an x-ray the same day. He also is very quick in commenting on lab results. Overall he is one of the best docs I have had.

Took month to establish a basic care appointment but Dr. PIckett was nice and thorough, got my ears cleaned out too which I had forgot about asking about. He did a great job as did his attending nurse or assistant that helped flush my ears.

Dr. Pickett is a great listener. Along with his staff. The appointment was timely. I was taken care of.

He is an easy doc to talk to and does try to help you when needed. He explains well to the point where you can understand the situation. Relaxed visit not such a rush.
