Dr. Hornell and his team were very professional and respectful. My wait time was maybe 5 minutes to get into a room and then maybe another 5 minutes after MA left to see Dr. Hornell. The MA that helped me listened to me and was very kind. The receptionist answered my financial question professionally. The whole facility was clean and looked well taken care of. I would highly recommend Dr. Hornell and his staff for any care.

I find Dr Hornell and his assistant to be easy to talk to, respectful, and they put me at ease. I appreciate this as I'm naturally nervous at medical appointments.

He definitely paid attention as I have been sick. I'm recovering from pneumonia..and a weight loss. He ordered blood work and x-rays. Starting research as to why on weight loss.

Great provider easy to understand

Clinic is in a great location and the office is clean and up to date in decor. Everyone was pleasant. Being a retired cardiac anesthesiologist, I had a lively health discussion with Allan and we proceeded In a direction that I was comfortable with.

I really like how the Dr. Hornell explained everything to me.

The provider's demeanor and character was unprofessional. They were able to make a suitable diagnosis but lacked the quality patient care that I was looking for. The nurse was caring and patient, which I was thankful for.

I appreciate Dr. Hornell being sensitive to my feelings about my health while also being direct about what I need to do to improve. It makes it easier for me to focus on making necessary and not feel overwhelmed and/or shamed about my current health challenges.

I had some questions about a health concern, The doctor took time to explain about possible medication options, or not. He didn't push either plan. He respected my choice, and set me up with the best option available to me.

Dr. Hornell always treats with respect and is on top of all my needs.
