A very pleasant atmosphere and the staff were courteous and polite.

Dr. Horne was very open to looking up a past procedure, which had been handled by a different doctor, and explained exactly and broke down the layers where the calcification exists. My concerns were quickly addressed. He also listened carefully to my concerns of stiffness and pain in my neck. To address this issue he sent a prescription immediately to my pharmacy. I really appreciate Dr Horne's eye contact and hie willingness to answer all my questions. Our family is so blessed to have him as our PCP.

I am retired so I like to make an appointment any day first patient in the morning. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. I am very pleased with this provider.

Dr. Horne has helped with my medication I needed to start to help me with my daily life, he understands and listens when I feel my medication needs to be changed or how dosage is working, is really great to have an excellent Dr. Who listens and is knowledgeable about everything I ask.

He did a fantastic job - thorough, yet brief and was able to get me necessary treatment without obstacles. In general, I have a tough time getting in to see my PCP (I knew there was no way I was going to get to see her given her next opening was 5 weeks from the appointment), but he was a welcome alternative.

Dr. Horne is the most caring provider I have ever dealt with. I had to endure two surgeries that changed my life completely. I went through a myriad of emotions. Dr Horne had to listen to me crying through a majority of my visits. But he listened attentively and responded in the best way imaginable to help me through this time. He really partnered with me through a difficult time in my life and I am grateful that he is my doctor.

If you're referring to "my Provider" as Dr Josiah A. Horne, I couldn't give a higher recommendation and praise. As a PA-C for thirty years and an RN for 40 years I speak from a position of experience.

They are the best!!

Dr. Horne was very comfortable to talk with, I was relaxed and not apprehensive about any future appointments. He listened to my concerns about medications and looked at reducing some of them.

I have never experienced such amazing healthcare. From Dr.Horne to all nurses, reception staff and phoncalls to Pacific medical centers.

Last year my doctor left Pac Med, so I basically I had no doctor assigned to me after my last physical. Well after meeting and talking with Dr. Josiah Horne, it became clear I wanted him as my new Doctor. He listened to me and was excited about becoming my doctor. That alone made me happy. A win, win situation. Please keep this doctor happy so he won't leave.
