Everything was good.

Professional and respectful. I was disappointed to discover that the provider was not taking new patients. However, I was grateful that she provided care when I needed it. My previous provider retired, and her replacement also left PacMed soon after I made a visit with her. I then searched for a third primary care doctor and found Dr. Monponbanua who was able to see me for a follow-up visit. She renewed all my prescribed medications and recommended a provider near me, as well as follow-up tests for my annual physical exam in June.

Dr. M is a natural, genuinely caring health care provider. She always takes extra time to explain my health care plan in simple detail so I can easily comprehend. Dr. AILEEN H. MONPONBANUA MD, is always professional, and she's the best doctor I've had to date.

Dr Aileen is thorough, informative and knowledgeable. She ordered a specimen for a urine culture which was not done on my last visit in PacMed for a follow-up from ER Valley because of bladder infection. ER Valley had a urine culture but in PacMed. I appreciate Dr Aileen's proactive action during my visit.

I am ver satisfied with Dr. Monpanbanua, I can tell how she patiently educates me about my diabetes and that she truly cares.
