I was very impressed with this Dr. It was the 5pm appt clearly lady one of the day and she did not rush, she prioritized listening to my concerns and answering questions. She had excellent interpersonal skills - didn't just stare at the computer. Appreciated her attentiveness -

The provider went out to get me some printed info, saying she would be right back. I had a couple more questions for her, but she sent her assistant in with the printed info and she not come back.

Dr. Le and her staff always listen to what I say and respond in a manner that makes me know they heard what I said. While I know that each patient appointment is scheduled, Dr. Le always lets me get answers and solutions to my questions. I don't feel like a "number" being rushed through the office.

I had a great experience with everyone, when checking in I was greeted with a smile and was helped right away. The MA was friendly and cheerful, Dr. Le was the best. She sat right next to me and explained everything in great detail. She didn't rush through our visit, even though I knew I was squeezed in for this appointment. She answered all my questions. Overall I had a great experience.

Waiting time is longer than the time with PCP.Everything else seems fine.

Dr. Le was patient and listened to my concerns. My experience with her is always positive

Dr. Le took the time to resolve a problem with my left foot that has been giving me pain recently. I ask her if she could trim the large callus sticking out the my left foot. And she inspected the area and found a large corn inside the callus. She used a scalpel and trimmed the callus and cut the corn out. She did a great job! For the past few days I have been very active with absolutely no pain. It kept me from having to go to a foot specialist. I am very happy with the outcome.

First time seeing Dr. Le. My PC wasn't available, so I asked to see another PC. Dr. Le listened, make good recommendations to help me with issues I was having.

I am very pleased with Dr. Le. She does a great job, is prepared and is ready to address my issues. Overall the team that supports her has been doing a very good job as well and is excellent at enhancing the care provided and the image of your medical facility.

Le is an excellent doctor. She takes her time to listen and provide guidance on any health concern big or small. She is warm and engaging. I always feel like I'm seeing an old friend who is able to give thoughtful medical advice or explanations. She is an asset to the profession and I'm fortunate to have her as my primary care physician.

Dr. Jenny Lee is an amazing Dr. Im so glad I got her. She is very easy to talk to, always makes sure I understand what she is telling me. PAC Med should give her a raise most definitely she knows what to do for her patient. I can't say enough about her, she continues to check on me, makes sure I keep maintaining a healthy life, know what I need do do and eat to stay well.
