Dr Maddox is always very kind and understanding!!

Dr. Maddox is always very thorough and because I see a few physicians at Pac Med, she is able to cross reference care and ensure that I'm taken care of holistically. For this visit, she prescribed a new medication because we've been trying to dial in my menopausal symptoms for a few years. She always presents new (and current) information and provides options for my care.

Dr. Maddox doesn't seem to listen or accept given answers. Her bedside manner isn't great. I didn't get the sense that she cared much about me.

Dr. Maddox is always attentive, realistic, and honest about my healthcare needs. This is what I look for in a physician. She listens to my thoughts and concerns and is clear about her medical advice and the care that I need. She is highly sought after so appointments are hard to come by, but that is because of her skills, I believe.

She gives you the information you need to make a decision. She does not play around when it comes to your health.

She has been our cre provider for many years and because of her sincere and excellent care she continues to be our provider.

Dr. Maddox was stumped at a diagnosis fo me but used everything at hand to come up with answers. She was very caring. She will have me follow up with my primary care doctor in January. She assured me that it is not a blood clot or anything to be overly concerned about.

I phoned, asking to have an appointment with my eye doctor. I was told that based on the information I gave, a primary care doctor would be able to take care of the problem. After talking with me, Dr. Maddox said I needed to be seen by my eye doctor. She requested that I be given an appointment for urgent care with the eye doctor. I was promptly contacted by the eye clinic and have been receiving the care that was needed.

Dr. Maddox is professional and always has a pleasant smile and is easy to talk to.
