She is hard to get in to see when you are sick and need to see someone. I get frustrated with that. She and her staff are an awesome team. I appreciate them very much.

Dr. Maddox is always attentive, realistic, and honest about my healthcare needs. This is what I look for in a physician. She listens to my thoughts and concerns and is clear about her medical advice and the care that I need. She is highly sought after so appointments are hard to come by, but that is because of her skills, I believe.

She gives you the information you need to make a decision. She does not play around when it comes to your health.

Dr. Maddox makes it very easy and comfortable for me to share some of the physical changes I am experiencing as I age and as I plan to retire, I know that I am in excellent care.

She has been our cre provider for many years and because of her sincere and excellent care she continues to be our provider.

Dr. Maddox was stumped at a diagnosis fo me but used everything at hand to come up with answers. She was very caring. She will have me follow up with my primary care doctor in January. She assured me that it is not a blood clot or anything to be overly concerned about.

I phoned, asking to have an appointment with my eye doctor. I was told that based on the information I gave, a primary care doctor would be able to take care of the problem. After talking with me, Dr. Maddox said I needed to be seen by my eye doctor. She requested that I be given an appointment for urgent care with the eye doctor. I was promptly contacted by the eye clinic and have been receiving the care that was needed.

Dr. Maddox always takes great care of me and shows respect and kindness.

Each interaction I had with the clerks when I called to schedule the appointment. The nurse the doctor each individual was very pleasant. They made my daughter feel comfortable, even though she had to get shots and because of that we will continue to see Dr. Maddox in the future.

I was skeptical of a video visit meeting my medical need, but Dr Maddox listens well and attentively.While forming a plan for the immediate issue, I made an off handed comment about my inability to sleep. She could have just let it go, but instead we slowed down and she probed further. Now we have a plan to help with that too. It's not the first time she picked up on a tangent and helped. She makes me feel heard, respected, and cared for.

Dr. Maddox is pragmatic, curious, compassionate, knowledgeable, thorough, and someone I have relied on for 20 years as my primary care physician. I've thrown a lot of bizarre health issues at her, and she has always directed me to specialists who she can collaborate with for my wholistic care. In my recent wellness care visit, I told her she can't retire before I do, because I'll never be able to replace her compassionate knowledge of medicine.
