I am very familiar with the health care industry In the US and normally use all available on-line tools to review all test results and provider notes and rarely call the office; relying on messaging to communicate directly with my providers. This has worked well for me and alleviated the need for unnecessary office calls and maximized my in-person visits. Unfortunately, insurance companies make the process of accessing appropriate care time consuming and more difficult and costly than necessary. My provider understands my opinion and has been helpful and responsive to my needs with timely and appropriate follow-up.

Christy is a great care provider. She is attentive, knowledgeable, and kind and I do not have any Issues with her. The wait time is extremely frustrating, however. I was in the waiting room for over 50 minutes before being called back for my appointment. As a healthcare provider myself, I understand that things happen that cause delays but having a patient wait for almost an hour in the waiting room is unacceptable. I will continue to see Christy because she is a fantastic provider and I trust her, but this is a recurring frustration every time I come for an appointment, which is why I generally tend to go to Express Care for anything other than my annual wellness exams. Kadlec Express Care has figured out an extremely efficient way to be seeing patients back-to-back and the timeliness is always very appreciated.

Sometimes it is challenging getting appointments. This one was made 1 year in advance so it was easy. Dr. Chantarath never makes me feel rushed. It's one of her many strengths. Everyone in the office was more courteous than normal and normal is pretty good.

Christy gave us a referral for some physical therapy and made some good suggestions about how to improve stability for walking.

My visit was as good as it could be. I have no complaints.
