The staff is prompt and responsive so I've never felt neglected or unimportant. I scheduled a ride to get to the appointment for the first time in my life and the time got mixed up and I was too late for the appointment. The doctor gave me another appointment that allowed me to see him within two days of the missed appointment. I was very happy and appreciative he accepted the importance of my need to see him and scheduled the appointment shortly after the missed appointment. Also, re the matter of the staff follow up after ordering the tests in the last three months, I left that blank because the tests have been scheduled but not completed so they've had no opportunity to respond. I had trouble scheduling one test and the doctor's staff helped clear that up. Thank you very much Dr. Penrod and staff.

Other than the amount of time it takes to get an appointment, I've been very happy with the quality of care I've received.

Overall, I think Dr. Penrod and his team do a very good job. My only complaint is that it takes too long to get an appointment with him.

It was the first time that I saw this provider and I was greatly satisfied.

I am generally very satisfied with the care I receive from Dr Penrod. However, I want a provider that will help me and allow me to be my own advocate. I do not want a provider that will only want to throw medications at every issue. I do not want, and I will not increase my visits and testing solely to increase the revenue of the Kadlec organization. I would like to remain under the care of Dr Penrod and Kadlec but if my wishes are not important enough to be considered for my care then I will have to search for another provider. I would appreciate a response. Thank you.

Dr. Penrod is a terrific doctor. He listens to questions and concerns. Explains clearly options to address issues raised. Can't recommend him high enough. Feel very lucky to have him as my primary care provider.
