Dr. Perez has always provided me with answers to my medical questions and has given me solutions to take care of any problems I may have.

My experience was excellent. Dr. Perez is terrific!

Dr. Perez is very caring and attentive, she follows up with test results and all the medical history and always comes up with great recommendations and solutions. Dr. Perez is always friendly and easy to communicate.

Dr. Perez is a very patient, kind, respectful and professional. I wouldn't go to any other doctor. We drove 2.5 hours just to see her.

This last visit was two fold. I wanted to make sure I was over a recent illness and talk about side effects of medication I was prescribed by another physician. I was given good advice. I was also concerned about a condition on my back. I was examined and given good advice. Was a very good visit. Thank you.

The address I was given at the time of making my appointment was apparently not the correct campus for this provider which resulted in almost being late for my appointment. Upon arrival at the right place everything went really well & pleasant. I kind of wished for a little more time & explanation of some of the issues discussed but it is what it is.
