It is always a consistent and excellent experience with Dr. Carter, she actively listens to my concerns, never rushes thru appointments, always has a warm demeanor and treats me with compassion and respect, pays meticulous attention to detail, and is an excellent communicator. Dr. Carter is a deeply analytical and observant doctor and incredibly thorough in her assessments and follow-ups. I highly recommend Dr. Carter if you want high quality primary physician care.

Now I live just a few miles from your clinic, I can't believe how lucky I got finding Miss Carter. She actually listens to me, she's very thorough and cares. The student that came In first was phenomenal, he has an above bar bedside manner, he's personable, kind, funny and also very professional and proficient. I had a great visit and thank both of the providers. The nurse was so nice also!

Had to establish as a new patient because previous provider moved. Tiffany was great and I'm thankful I was able to get in, but trying to get an appointment to see someone besides a resident is a real pain.

Had to wait an hour and 10 minutes from the time I arrived (5 min early for apt) until time I saw provider. Then provider spent about 10 min w/ me. Stressful when I had other obligations that morning. This apt had already been rescheduled by the provider once because of their scheduling conflict.

Good about getting me in, the appointment felt all over the place with many interruptions. Some social, some medical.

Tiffany Carter is the first provider I've had in my adult life that not only was willing to take on my case (with complicated medical concerns) but has clearly spent time researching my case, symptoms and options for treatment, including finding a connection and getting me involved with a specialist who has been able to help manage my care. Every concern I voice is validated and answers are provided. In the event Tiffany doesn't have the answer, she searches for options on the spot and always follows up if answers weren't available in the moment.
