Dr West explained shoulder issue showed me the x rays and explain what was going on. Injection help with in hours and allowed me to start moving my arm with little pain.

The provider and the staff are very good. They are accommodating and I saw their concern for me and my health.

Dr. West gives painless injections.

He did not like the immobilizer the hospital gave me. I wish he would talk to the hospital!

Provider and staff were excellent. I missed the fact that Dr West had his office moved from across from Kadlec to Fowler Street. Luckily I showed up early for my appointment and was able to make my Fowler location appointment on time.

He told me to send him a message in 2 weeks via My Chart if I was still struggling and he would work me in for further treatment. Dr. West was the 5th doctor who I have seen for this issue, he was the one who explained my images and told me what my best options would be. He was definitely the best at explaining things and listening to what I had to say. I felt like I was heard and he actually cared about his patients. I would recommend him.
