It was a great, efficient appointment. I can't believe how much was accomplished- x-ray, saw dr., exam and injections in just over an hour. The doctor was very knowledgeable and helpful. He obviously knew what he was talking about.

Dr West was one of the best providers I had. It seems that the care I get from specialists is much better than general practice/family doctors. I will be changing my regular doctor due to his treatment.

Dr. Did super job getting me going up the hill after years of inicreasing hip pain unfortunately the cortisone injection has not worked but was an excellent starting point. He suggests a three month trial and I an not sure I can fast that long!

The X-ray technician was very professional, extremely pleasant, and helpful. Dr West was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. He delivered the information very quickly and was patient with my questions. The delivery of the shot for both knees was delivered with very little discomfort. I would highly recommend Dr West to anyone.

I wasn't very confident about this appointment due to the previous provider. Dr West actually came into the room with confidence, great bedside manner and genuine concern for my pain and well being. He and his nurse made the appointment exceptionally easy and good. Will definitely be coming back to Dr West!

Very helpful in explaining my options and what was the best route to take and why. Very optimistic about the changes it would make in my life.

All went well and I received the care I wanted in a timely way.

I rate the doctor as very good. The staff at his office was very courteous and helpful. I would rate them as excellent. However it is almost impossible to get into the Kadlec Health care system by phone. I was unable to contact them by phone so I had to go to the office in person to bring documents and schedule an appointments. If I had not gone in person I do not believe I would have had my health problem resolved.

I do not know whether doctor had medical history called up on the computer or not. The subject wasn't broached. Dr West was very thorough & knowledgeable.

I was very impressed with clerks who checked me on. They were friendly and efficient. X-ray technicians were cautious about my pain and asked how I was doing during the MRI. Dr. West was very professional and reviewed my health history. I also appreciated that Dr. West called me to discuss the MRI results and next steps. For a first time visit, I'm very pleased to continue my orthopedic care at NW Orthopedic
