Extremely short, impersonal visit. Asked me what I needed from the visit, then said "we'll see how much we have time for". Did not have medical records ready. Didn't address preventative testing like new PAP smear. Placed two referrals I asked for and looked in my ears. That was the extent of the visit. No labs, no exam. Did not ask me any questions about my health or status, just which referrals I needed. I will not be returning.

The people in the office are always calm and kind, which helps put me at ease. I also feel that wait times have become much shorter compared to the past. Many of the staff in the lab are skilled at giving injections, too. Thank you.

Dr Jung is the best primary care physician my family has ever had. She listens, is thorough and does everything a good doctor should do. You can tell she loves what she does. It's refreshing to have a doctor who actually listens to us and does everything she can to make sure we get the care and direction we need.
