Dr Watson listened carefully and asked good questions. She followed up immediately when I had questions about my care after my appointment. She addresses all the issues that I brought u0, and made referrals promptly for follow up care.

The provider seemed to have already formed an opinion about me from the start. When I tried to explain how I felt, she refused to acknowledge my experience. Instead, she spoke as if she was telling me what I was going through rather than listening to me. As someone battling depression, I did not feel safe expressing how severe it really was. I completely shut down as a trauma response. Patients should feel safe to share how scared or nervous they are with their provider otherwise, there is a serious risk of worsening symptoms, including suicidal thoughts, or avoiding care altogether. She also insinuated that my concerns were not significant enough to warrant a visit, which made me feel dismissed. Every patient deserves to feel safe, heard, and respected when seeking medical help.

My provider was very thoughtful and respectful and I felt listened to during my appointment. They discussed care options in a way that made me feel in charge of my health and choices.

I got the virtual appointment the same day and Dr. Watson saw me on time. The whole experience was spot-on.

As soon as Dr. Watson was aware of the health issue, she made it possible to squeeze me in right away. This was really great. Otherwise it would have been difficult to just talk to the scheduling line, as they give you an appointment in 3 months. Getting appointments can be difficult.

Dr. Watson actually cares about my health. She takes the the time to listen and hear my concerns even if they are kind of crazy. She'll listen to my stories about karaoke and other misadventures as well and that really makes it easier for me to open up about stuff that is hard for me to talk about, especially when it comes to my weight issues. Instead loading me up with drugs Dr. Watson talked me through my problem and gave HEALTHY solutions with advice for medicine later if those solutions do not work. I take great comfort in knowing Dr. Ann Watson has my back.
