Dr Grinnell is always thorough and listens to my concerns. Is willing to work with me on the plan of care. I value the care and attention she provides.

She is welcoming. She looks at my med list. I called back to ask about a drug she was taking off the list. Found out it was a drug w more than one name needing clarification by me. She thought I had received a pneumonia shot in the past. Turned out to be based on age so I took it. She explains things well without making me feel rude for asking. She has a sense of humor which relaxes me when I'm dreading my Pap smear. I explained an upcoming vacation to keep my mind off of the procedure which helped me. Everything was great. I felt respected for my concerns.

She was so nice and gentle with me

Brianna is attentive to my needs, and well informed, gave me great advice. She listened and heard my concerns, offered her medical opinion, and offered services outside her scope of expertise. As in she referred me to get a colonoscopy and helped me feel comfortable.

All was well, thoughtful conversation and clarity on the next steps. Follow up to get a x-ray was as expected. Due to the holiday weekend I have not yet, heard back, but expect to early next week.

Great clinician. Dr. Grinnell is knowledgeable, kind, and patient, and explains everything well. The front desk staff is great and gets things done quickly. The nursing staff is also very kind and explains what they are doing as they are doing it.

I saw Dr. Grinnell on an urgent basis and she was excellent. She is my daughter's doctor and I knew her reputation is good but was pleased that she took my somewhat routine concern seriously and handled it with skill. Her personal interactions with me were excellent.

My provider is great. I have no complaints, personable, friendly professional, and knows what she's talking about.. Been coming to this clinic for a very long time. The only reason I may choose to leave in the future is due to location. I commute over an hour to get to the office and at some point may not be feasible for me. Thanks
