I went with low expectations due to previous experiences in the health system, but this visit completely surprised me. The service and atmosphere were excellent, something I had honestly never experienced before. The doctor listened to me at all times, she was very gentle, cordial and took the time to explain everything I needed to know, without haste and with a lot of empathy. As a patient, this is exactly what one needs: to feel heard, respected, and treated as a person, not a number. I really appreciate the atmosphere and the attention provided. Without a doubt, the best medical experience I have ever had and one that I highly recommend.

As a HCP myself, I really appreciate that Dr. Stevens Listened to my exact mechanism of injury, the timeline involved, and my specific concern for a fracture. I was scheduled for an x-ray down the hall, had it done, and had the results on MyChart by the time I returned home. I am very, very happy with PacMed, after over a year of seeking a regular provider.

This was the first time I met my new provider and really enjoyed our interaction. I found her to be very personable and am happy she will be my doctor in the future!

She was great, listened to my health questions and concerns. She explained what could be going on with my body and how it is reacting to changes.

It was good when I visited

Dr. Stevens was amazing. She listened, made me feel comfortable and gave recommendations for other people to answer questions and provide additional care. I am very confident in her knowledge, expertise and skill. I just wish she did tele-visits or made it easier to talk to her with questions I have.

Provider was very nice and friendly. She spent a good amount of time with me. Only negative was she prescribed a medication with serious side effects without reviewing those with me.
