Sophie is fantastic. She listens and seems to truly care about my well-being. She is truly the best.

My PCP is the very best! Now that I have a significant change in my health, my PCP is coordinating my care with multiple providers to ensure that I am taken care of and supported.

Everyone in the office/practice went above and beyond to help me. They answer their phone promptly and when I called this time, I was seeing a provider within an hour and a half.

Dr. Mallet is amazing, as always. Literally, she is the best Dr. I've ever had.

This visit was for my annual physical. Sophie is an amazing clinician. She has a very broad understanding of healthcare situations and needs and our visits are always Collaborative. We talk about the important things that need to be addressed and she provides clear and understandable explanations and instructions. We just have an enjoyable visit. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Mallet is no my primary doctor. I just choose to see her because my primary is now my 5th primary in the last 9 years and at this clinic, just because you're assigned to a primary, doesn't mean you will ever see them. Anytime I've needed an appointment, I have to see another doctor. If I were to see my primary, she will tell me one thing and never do it. I trust Doctor Mallet. She may be a nurse practitioner, but she's more educated then most MDs. Plus, she cares.

Sophia Mallett is THE ABSOLUTE BEST at being a primary care provider, I'm currently slightly swamped with follow up appointments, when you bring your provider a list of concerns and she listens and validates every thing you say, sending it referrals and helping to set up appointments to ensure you're getting everything that you need -- you sometimes end up with a lot of appointments! She is kind and so genuinely caring and interested. I also love how you can tell she is completely up to date on things going on in the world of medicine, she is clearly up to date and is ready with anything new that might help her patients. She also has EITHER the best memory in the world (possible) or really does her prep work before new patients, she was fully aware of my medical history and referenced it in making decisions.

I always enjoy seeing Sophie. She listens, seems to enjoy working in partnership with me, never gets defensive if I disagree with or challenge her. I would appreciate her being more forthcoming about potential side effects of drugs she sometimes recommends instead of waiting for me to initiate questioning, something I sometimes forget to do during our visit.

Because I manage my health with all manner of natural solutions and practitioners, and Sophie listens to my conditions and solutions and offers other non-pharma solutions, I continue to work with Swedish. I haven't had similar experiences with other Swedish MDs. And I did advise my daughter who was looking for a primary care practitioner to connect with Sophie.

Sophie Mallet is an exceptional heath care provider and I always look forward to seeing her.

Sophie and I have a collaborative working relationship; we make decisions about my care together. She is an enthusiastic partner who solicits and values my input. She never gets defensive if I challenge her; rather, she listens respectfully and sees the offering of an alternative view as an invitation to clarify and broaden her base of knowledge.

Nurse Mallet always takes great care of me. She is on top of any medical issues I may have and I especially appreciate how she really listens to me. I never feel rushed during an appointment with her.

My provider listens to my concerns and makes me feel like she is with me on my health journey. It has been a very long time since I have experienced such care from my provider.
