This was my first visit to this clinic and the Dr Jorgerson. I moved here from a different state. Some of answer may not reflect that. Overall I was happy with the visit. I did not realize I had to sign the register for blood test and there were not signs indicating I had to sign as a result though I got there first some of the other patients who knew the system signed the register before me and were served in order. That is a take away for me. FYI.

This was a situation where about all the provider could do was analyze how bad my problem was (a couple of infected wounds) and make the decision whether or not I should proceed to an ER. They did so and it was definitely the right decision.

Dr. Jorgenson did a great job and patiently listened to the main issue I have with Swedish. My issue is I'm over 65 and I'm basically forced to have a Wellness visit which I have no interest in. When I call next year I DO NOT what to be forced to get a Wellness visit. I want the phone scheduler to listen to my request and book me to a regular annual visit. Very Important, and will impact my overall impression of Swedish.

I had a specific new concern of irregular heart rhythm, and Dr. Jorgenenson addressed it well, providing sound advice and ordering a holter monitor assessment . The monitor home kit was promptly received by mail, and data collection has begun. The appointment was pleasant, productive, on time, and not rushed. Looking forward to continued care with Dr. Jorgenson.
