Dr. Klem's demeanor is calmly professional which is appropriate and appreciated. I've never seen him upset in the years I've been a patient.

I have a number of health issues that I am dealing with. Dr. Klem and I discussed some of them. I have hair loss because of drama health issues that he said would eventually go away when the issue was resolved. Thats an answer that I liked hearing but wanted him to reassure me more but probably couldn't.

I appreciate Dr. Klem's expertise and careful explanation of what was, or wasn't, wrong with me. He treats his patients with respect, and even a sense of humor. I would not hesitate to recommend him to other people.

Staff patiently and with care helped us get an appointment with Dr Klem soon and answered all of our questions thoughtfully. Dr Klem's assistant was friendly and made me feel comfortable right away! Dr Klem was friendly, chest with his communications and looked over my chart prior to the visit - impressive!

Dr Klein filled me n for my regular provider with a virtual visit. He was as very keen in listening, asking questions and addressing my concerns related to a prolonged and serious allergy outbreak. His calmness and knowledge was very reassuring and subsequently was proved correct as I recover from this allergy issue. And his availability for a virtual visit saved me another trip to urgent care or the emergency room. Excellent doctor.

This was a first time visit with Dr. Klem. It was a good experience. I plan to get the blood tests that he recommended and meet with him again when necessary.

Dr. Klem removed an errant toenail from my left big toe. He explained the procedure beforehand and did an excellent job; he is very personable and exudes an aura of quiet competence that put me at ease during the visit. I am very grateful to have him as my PCP!

Dr. Klem saved my life when he referred me for a mammogram after I came in following the discovery of a lump in my left breast. I will be forever grateful to him for this. Beyond that, Dr. Klem is just a wonderful provider. He explains things throughly and it feels like he genuinely cares.

Dr. Klem is a fairly new doctor for me. I sometimes talk to him about my meds, and he is very informative. Recently scared about having a heart attack and he listened about my fear.

In the past, he has seemed to be in and out quite quickly.I hear people say talk to your doctor about this, but usually there's not time to talk to the doctor about new items. This was a follow up and he just wanted to talk about that particular subject.
