Open up this office for about 25 years, and I've had three different doctors over that time. I've always been anxious when a new provider comes in and I start care with them, but Britney was a breath of our share. She knows what she's doing. She knows what she's talking about and she's helped me in so many ways. I had a lot of concerns and a lot of things going on, and we took every path carefully and I felt like she really understood When I was trying to explain what was going on. I've had to see other providers while she was on maternity leave. They're all very helpful and very kind.

Not only did Dr. Buescher take care of the main concern that I had for that appointment, but she also handled an upcoming test that would be due soon, saving me an additional appointment and trip to the office. Amazing service!

My care provider is wonderful. The message system in MyChart takes too long (3 days to actually get to the provider) and waiting 3+ months for an appointment is excessive. I don't believe that is a provider issue but maybe a staffing issue.
