The staff turn-over in the last 2 years had been concerning. It took a while to get an appointment for my new primary care physician. I had to wait for 6 months. BUT I am very happy that Dr Burton was hired and that another 2 doctors are being added. I had started looking to transfer to a different clinic, but I found that each one I contacted was going through the same staffing issues.I am now very happy to stay with Providence Snohomish.

Dr Burton is amazing! She takes time to discuss any concerns and get to the root of the problem. I would definitely recommend her.

Lauren Burton is my new PCP. She is a breath of fresh air compared to the care I've received from other clinics outside of Providence!

Dr. Burton is wonderful and is her MA. I sent a MyChart message to them with a medical concern. I was given an appointment ASAP. During that visit both Dr. Burton and her MA treated me with respect and listened to my concerns.

The provider spent a lot of time with me for this initial visit. It did take over 5 months to get in as a new patient which is not the provider's fault, but a problem with systems. My only concern with this provider as my pcp is I am not convinced she is up to date on the research in women's health as it pertains to perimenopause and menopause. Other than that, I really liked her demeanor, and I feel confident in her ability as a clinician.

Dr. Burton is a breath of fresh air. As a patient you feel that not only are you in good hands, you are in caring hands. The clinic is exceptional and very welcoming in it's decor and overall atmosphere...as are all the people who work there in every position. This is a welcome change from the Health Care organization I had in previous years. I'm so very pleased I am now a patient with the Providence Snohomish Clinic!

First time seeing this provider...last one left! She is very thorough and spent more time with me than past providers. Very pleased with her. Only downside was how long it took to get the appointment. It would have been more helpful if I could have seen her BEFORE seeing the Orthopedic Surgeon and Physiatry doctor.
