Everything went very welll
Providence Patient
Nurse Palmer made my experience a 10/10! She was knowledgeable, very kind, put my worries after the procedure at ease, and I didn't feel a thing. She was very easy to talk to and I felt comfortable with her being my provider on a sensitive procedure.
Providence Patient
My provider was so caring and kind. She treated me with respect for a sensitive issue. I'm glad I can put my trust in Providence.
Providence Patient
The care providers were very kind and thorough. They took the time to listen and answer all my questions. I would have like getting information to take home with written recommendations to make following these easier.
Providence Patient
She was just a very sweet, considerate person. I had never seen her before, but if need be I would not hesitate to see her again.
Providence Patient
This was a new patient appointment. Concerns were PCOS and perimenopause. I thought I was going to share my history and symptoms to develop a treatment plan and idea of how to manage this and my health going forward. That this would be the first of several visits. But the provider was rude, seemed dismissive, argumentative, and like she didn't want to help or as if I was in the wrong place. Like I didnt belong there. She referenced me being too difficult or complex to treat before she understood my medical history, what I'm experiencing and what I'm looking for. She even yell/asked what I wanted or was looking for? I'm looking for treatment and help with the medical concerns I'm experiencing normally treated at an Obgyn provider. It was a disappointing and hostile experience. I left with little understanding of next steps and no faith in further treatment being provided. I will not be recommending them further. And I hope someone actually calls about the experience.
