Seemed unnecessary since they can read my CPAP chip anytime and know I use and need it. She cautioned me that this may all take time. Hmmmm

Julia was very helpful with information and compassion and empathy

I'm typically pretty level on survey responses, If I even respond to them. Very few 10s or extremely satisfied because there's always room for improvement. Not the case with Julia. I am so grateful to have a provider of her character, heart, caring, knowledge and advocacy at this stage in my life journey.

I am so impressed with the quickness of getting into a room and then was only there for less than 5 minutes before Julia came in. She was thorough and asked pertinent questions regarding my issue. The x-ray lab was very efficient too. The whole appointment was no longer than 30 minutes. Very nice.
