This was my PCP's PA. He seemed aloof and a bit arrogant. Although he did a good job examining me and telling me what the next steps were for my condition, he never really told me what I had. I do not want to disparage anyone, but his "bedside manner" could use some work.

Recent provider seemed abrupt and condescending at times.

The purpose of my appointment with Justin was to remove stitches. Justin was courteous and took time to explain why having a professional remove stitches instead of one thinking she/he could remove the stitches is important. He asked if I had any other concerns at this time and I did not. This was overall a positive experience.

I was impressed with Justin's familiarity with the reason for my visit and his knowledge on the topic. He thoroughly screened me for potential problems and took time to answer my questions. Justin was very respectful and kind and I would recommend him to someone needing care.

I made this appointment to get scene for an issue with my right wrist that I was previously scene in an UC back in May of '25. My GP never seems to have appts available, PLUS my GP only works Wed thru Fri which did not work with my schedule. I made my appt on line right w/ this NP right away. I really liked this gentleman and, his MA; she especially deserves a kudos for all the work she put in and how she listened to my babbling.

I really appreciated how this provider listened to and addressed my concern and then had follow up afterwards to explain the test results and address my issue.

My primary care doctor doesn't seem to know me or be familiar with my Mefical history. The PA whom I saw was not expected to. He was dismissive of my concerns, considered me hostile, and requested that a witness be present. I was shocked. I have never been accused of this and told him so. His response was that he was deesculating / clearly verbiage he was trained to use. In this case, he invoked hostile when I spoke openly about my level of care as well as this appointment-seemingly being honest is being hostile. I spoke with a manager immediately following.

Saw Justin for a pre op he did fine and I have no complaints

The provider did not greet me when he entered the room Stared. He asked what was the purpose of visit. As I began to explain, he interrupted me with the same question. I again tried to explain and he interrupted again. I had seen a doctor in Urgent Care the previous Monday from this appointment for a painful knee. The doctor suggested that I see my doctor ASAP so see if she could handle the situation or refer me to an orthopedic group. I knew I would not easily obtain an appointment with my PCP so I accepted one with Justin. I asked him if the practice could handle my arthritis at this point and he said no and I responded that a referral would be needed. I asked him about whether heat of cold is best but he did not answer. I saw him for less than half an hour. On our way out, I asked him one question which he answered and then I had another question and he responded that he had another patient and he would give me 30 seconds for one more question. If possible, I will never schedule another appointment with him. My impression is that he was not fully engaged with me or that he did not want to be. I worked as a medical technologist for 31 years and he lacks a caring bedside manner. I felt that I was rushed through the appointment and that he was rude and discourteous. I understand that many professions are lacking sufficient staffing and I worked in labs that were short-staffed. This is a challenge but I felt that I was treated as a number by a person who seemed to lack the ability to care for me as a patient.

Every time I have seen this PA he tells me he has another patient waiting. Even when he is not running late. Also had difficulty what to order and why.

Always good. Very grateful for all the care teams in the Providence network.

Justin seemed short and uninterested in meeting with me; it seemed like I had inconvenienced him in some way. He made remarks about there not being tests that I'm looking for when I had not mentioned any tests desired or any questions about tests. I didn't receive any advice on how to directly manage my symptoms, only suggestions to return to office if they get worse. I understood that my symptoms as a whole were unclear as to what was causing it; my symptoms were present nonetheless. I came to the office for help and direction on what to do to help myself and barely received the latter.

As always, I continue to receive Excellent care with all my Providence providers... This visit with the PA was very important to my ongoing health issues from the beginning of March... I was especially happy with this PA as he addressed my GI and my most recent EDG which has a lot to do with the problems I am having now.

He was very attentive, respectful, knowledgeable. Very pleasant experience, thank you...!!!!

Went in for one concern and Sassone addressed another I had not mentioned. Good catch!

The care and conversations went very good by.

I waited in the exam room 30 minutes. I had a list of questions I wanted addressed. But we never got to them. However, Justin was thorough familiarizing himself with my records and history.

My lasted visit was with Jason Sassone which was a pre-op appointment. I felt there was a clock ticking that he was rushing through all the checklist needed for my up coming surgery. I asked about him looking at a rash on the left shoulder where I would wear the sling after my shoulder surgery and the response was to make an appointment to address this issue. He gave me instructions to get a letter of clearance letter from my cardiologist which I was never asked for the surgery on my right shoulder three years ago. The doctor I saw in the past took care of It. I was never given the instruction for my blood work but called in to the office after my visit to inquire if blood work was needed. Apparently he had ordered blood work but forgot to tell the patient. Not a pleasant experience.

He was annoyed, he didn't have my history. He raised his voice to me. I got very upset and left yelling.

Care was excellent

I have had only good experiences with everyone in the office and in any capacity as a physician, PA, or other. They are all universally approachable and helpful.

Once again, I had so much time allowed to discuss issues. I honestly would like a discussion with so many issues

Justin ignored questions my wife had about my blood pressure readings that she wanted to add to our tracking list. This felt disrespectful.

My appointment was of an emergency nature as I was experiencing hematuria due to recent kidney biopsy and some UI. I waited in the exam room for 15 minutes and when the PA came in he indicated he had tried to review my medical history which seem to be extensive for him. I explained the reason for my need to be seen was the results of the biopsy which had begun 2 days after my kidney procedure and in addition I was experiencing a mild UI. A urine test was completed in office, and the results were discussed. I agreed to a repeat lab test at the McClellan Street Lab the next day. That was it. I've had no further contact. My choice is that I will not return for any further care with this PA. I felt that our level of communications were less than productive, and I didn't like his attitude.

Justin performed a presurgical clearance exam. He explained in clear detail the reason for the clearance exam and reviewed and answered questions I had. He is a very pleasant and thorough medical care provider.

Justin was present, competent, kind and quite invested in my health. I look forward to the next visit with him.

He was a bit short with answers but I believe this is just his personality.

This telehealth experience was the best doctor visit I've had in years. I felt heard and understood with compassion. As someone experiencing chronic pain for a decade, it was a relief to have someone understand and actually want to help. I did not feel dismissed or belittled By a physician for the first time in a long time. I genuinely felt cared for.

I appreciated provider offering to take care of my calluses himself if I couldn't be seen by the referral foot clinic soon.
