Provider was very thorough, explained everything in detail and followed up promptly on all discussed . Provided did not rush through the appointment but took the time to assess the condition . Very impressed!

First time to see Justin Sassone. He was thorough and I felt very comfortable .

My provider was exceptionally knowledgeable and kind. Very positive and respectful! I'm very grateful he was the provider I was assigned to, especially since I'm new and town and used to small town clinics. I was very nervous about establishing care here but Justin made it feel effortless and offered valuable insight.

This was my first boat at this office and with Justin. I feel like he will take very good care of my health needs.

Very good, my main provider was out so I saw her PA and he was great.

He was knowledgeable about my condition, was concise in his questioning, made his diagnosis and told me of treatment plans. He was very thorough.

Provider was outstanding!

Justin, Dr Waples and my Providence medical team have been very good to work with. They make me feel like my health and well being is important to them.

Justin was not aware of why the appointment was made or the history leading to the appointment. He did not know why I was there or why the appointment was made. He seemed to imply that the appointment should have been made with a cardiologist and not my primary doctor.

Though not my regular providers, I have seen this one before. Very happy they remembered me. It made the visit quicker and easier

Justin Sassone seemed to care about my concerns and have ideas about what to do. This is important to me.

Was a little unsure at first, but everything went very smoothly.

Mr Sassone gave me helpful medical information, showed concern for my as a patient, was easy to talk to, very professional in his interaction with me, was prompt in following up on My Chart, and is an asset to this practice and Providence. Highly recommend.

Justin provided excellent care. The only downside was that I was unable to see my PCP for an infection but I was grateful to see another provider on her team. I did have to wait longer than I wanted to but I didn't want to go to urgent care and see a stranger.

Justin is very throughout, listens and is very respectful.

Justin was great! He was friendly and caring as well as very professional and knowledgeable. He figured out what my problem was and recommended certain exercises and a few life-style changes. They are working and I am feeling better. Thank you, Justin!

Provider was very thorough and spent more time than expected for follow up on ER visit.

Went in to my appointment to review recent labwork. I was immediately treated as a lesser human due to recent diagnosis. I felt dismissed and belittled by my questions. The provider did not educate or provide resources or information. I perceived the provider to not be sufficiently knowledgeable in planning and ordering follow-up labs or tests. My questions were not answered and it was clearly visible the provider was itching to leave- grabbing the door and trying to cut the visit short. While I was left with no resolution or say in my care. Have never felt that way in any of my healthcare encounters.

He was great and my problem was solved

The provider I saw was very disrespectful and wouldn't listen to what I had to say.

Very quick to give prudent advice needed

Justin Sasson is a very knowledgeable provider. During my appointment, I was a bit overwhelmed with the knowledge provided and felt rushed at first regarding my care. However, after I had left the appointment and was in the waiting room, Justin was willing to talk with me again about some concerns I had. During this follow up conversation I felt heard and understood. I appreciated this much and left my visit feeling more comfortable with my care plan moving forward.

I was really impressed with Justin W. S. He was on the ball and quick to think of what needed to happen. He was well dressed, looked nice, and the way he carried himself put me at ease right away! I have never seen him before, but I definitely will be happy to see him next time, if I need to. He spent a lot of time with me, making sure that I was comfortable with what needed to happen and that I was confident that I would and could continue with the treatment as I was doing previously.

So pleased with provider's knowledge and thoroughness. Far surpassed my expectations going to my pcp. I thought I was coming in for a referral but feel very confident with Justin's assessment and course of treatment.

My appointment went fine. Happy l got in to see a provider as quickly as l did.

He listened, but bedside manner wasn't the best. Seemed put off by a couple of questions and made a couple of remarks that were less than cordial, one rather sarcastic. He was very thorough,but not the most comfortable visit.

I really appreciated how clearly Justin explained things. He was also light hearted and put up with my questions. I'd happily see him more often for my care. I only wish he had the power to speed up the referral process. It's not in his power, but 4 weeks is an awfully long time.

The PA spent a good deal of time checking my shoulder and provided a detailed plan to address the pain.

This provider needs work on personal skills with patients. Justin comes across as someone who has a patronizing attitude. His body language sent somewhat disrespectful signals during the appointment. Justin did exhibit a strong understanding of the medical Issues at hand.
