Dr. Sloop is the best healthcare provider I've ever had. She is courteous, respectful, genuine, professional, and personable. She is clearly extremely intelligent and knowledgeable, but ALSO listens and discusses everything in a calm, clear and concise manner. I'd say she is also very emotionally intelligent- and would succeed and excel at anything she chose to do. That she chooses this profession shows how much she cares about others and what she does. Considering all of this, she's one of my favorite humans I've ever had the pleasure to meet.

This was my initial visit with Dr Sloop and she was outstanding. The follow up with the initial prescription of a statin was timely. The additional Issue of a skin lesion and the referral to the dermatologist was easy. She Is an excellent replacement for the physician that has moved from Spokane.

Dr Sloop and her Med. Assist were good at explaining and asking questions. I felt heard. I am glad that I have preventative medicine. I wish I had more help with my neurological and other symptoms beyond preventative - I know Dr. Sloop does what she can and she communicates well about preventative care.

My experience was great

Took 5 months to get a new provider, so that was frustrating. Everybody I had contact with was very friendly, courteous and respectful. I really like my new provider and care team.

Everything was excellent

Have had a great deal of trouble seeking a personal physician for past 6 months. Finally got an appt with dr Sloop as our primary care. Like her immensely.

VERY HAPPY

Good. She is helping me take a reduced dose of Hydrocodone and I feel better already. I still have a lot of pain in my back but the Hydro's made me tired all the time. I felt like she listened to my problems.

Honestly- I felt like she was checking the boxes and didn't actually care about my care. She didn't make one rapport building comment and stared at her screen the whole time and typed. I felt I got grilled on my diet and didn't get to discuss or brainstorm any possible solutions. Just disappointed.
