I think she could listen more regarding history, past treatments that worked and not be so worried about checking off the boxes that are are listed on her screen. I think that there is a lot of information out in the world now and understanding that there are alternative treatments and respecting those thoughts are important. I think she needs to treat the whole person and listen more carefully.

I tend to ask a lot of questions and Meghan has such an obvious wealth of knowledge, she is always able to answer them thoroughly. She respects my choices but provides rationale upon which I am able to make informed decisions. I do feel that she is looking at the big picture of my health and makes sure we monitor factors that could be indicative of the potential to make necessary changes to maintain my overall well-being. I truly appreciate her advice and perspective.

Stop spreading staff so thin that they are at risk of burnout, or worse, errors.
