Melissa is an outstanding provider. She is thoughtful, thorough and patient. Always explains things. Creates an environment where you can ask questions and she always does her best to answer. If she doesn't have an answer at visit. She communicates it later via personal contact or through the portal.

Melissa is has been my PCP for over 4 year. Sheis always engaged with me, knows my history and has helped me walk through many health issues. When I changed insurance coverage this year, the new company would not approve my choice of primary care giver even though she has worked with me for these last 5 years. I pushed back for 2 months to find a a way to continue working with her as my PCP. She is worth the fight. Why would I ever let some insurance company tell me to go to someone else when I have a good working relationship. She is caring and concerned an excellent at her role.

I have worked with Melissa Claflin-Hubbard for four years now. She knows me she respects me. We work well together she has an understanding of my needs for the specialist. I work with and refers me and supports me when necessary. She works 2 to 3 days a week so there are times when I cannot connect with her as quickly as I'd like, but they always make sure that there's another practitioner who can work with me.
