Dr. Breen was unprofessional. She came into the room as if she didn't want to be there. She didn't seem to know why I was there. She gave me a quick 3 options and had no input on what the best test was. I was very disappointed with my experience with this doctor and her lack of bedside manner. I did not feel heard, respected, or cared for during my appointment. What made the experience even more upsetting was that when she stepped out and later returned with a medical assistant, I could hear them laughing right outside the door. I also heard one of them say, "We're in this together." Given the timing and the nature of my appointment, this felt extremely unprofessional and made me uncomfortable.Patients deserve to feel that their concerns are being taken seriously, especially in a medical setting. Regardless of what they were laughing about, doing so directly outside a patient's room created a very poor impression and left me feeling embarrassed and disrespected. I would not return to this provider based on this experience. It was very unfortunate my regular doctor didn't have any available appointments.
