Excellent appointment-good discussion of issues-not a rush-

I appreciate that the appt was seamless from start to finish. The front reception wait time was insignificant, check-in was routine. The medical assistant was very pleasant and Dr. Westermeyer was, as always, a great listener with sound advice, never making me feel hurried. I left with all of my questions answered with zero stress. This has never been my experience with previous doctors.

Dr. Rilla is nothing less than exceptional. I have abused the Providence system In the past and misused non-PCP doctors be expecting - demanding? - them to serve as both my specialist and my PCP. After kinda sorta stumbling onto Dr. Rilla, I now play by the rules, and couldn't be any happier or better served.

Dr. Westermeyer addressed several issues about prescriptions and substitutions for my current insulin type. I had sent her information ahead of the appointment, and she was ready with the answers (so she had obviously prepared). I really appreciate the time she took to answer my questions.I see her every three months for A1C check-backs and make the next appointment for three months out before I leave each time, so there's no problem with scheduling those. If I have a medical issue between these appointments, I am usually able to be seen by someone on Dr. Westermeyer's team. The "team" approach is definitely a plus!

Even if my family and I were to move, say four hours away, we would still see Dr. Rilla Westermeyer as our primary doctor. She is thorough, respectful, kind and much more and makes it so even our kids are eager to see her.

Dr Rilla Westermeyer is a fabulous human who takes the time to really listen to my needs and concerns as a patient. She is great at problem solving or process of elimination to get to the root cause of whatever my concern is. She is patient, kind, seems very knowledgeable in her field and women's health. I absolutely appreciate all she has done for my health needs since going to her. I would highly recommend her to anyone but mostly my female friends. However, she is already so popular, I don't want to give her more patients for fear it might make it harder for me to get in to see her annually. Well Done Dr Westermeyer!!!!!
