My only complaint is that it takes quite a while to get in for an appointment unless it is super urgent. Even then, I am generally referred to express care or urgent care. Dr. Patching is fantastic, so I understand why she is busy, but there are definitely times when I would like to be seen more quickly. I'm getting older, so maybe things have changed in how clinics run, but it used to be that providers had a certain number of appointment times reserved for same-or-next-day patients when someone had an acute illness or condition. That no longer seems to be the case, maybe because too many patients are being shoehorned into too few provider schedules.

Dr Patching is always professional and caring.

I started seeing her in Hermiston, OR and have continued to see her since she moved to Walla Walla, WA because finding a doctor as invested in their patients as she is, is not easy. Amazing Dr. Patching!

Dr. Patching is thorough and consistent in her manner. She is knowledgeable about my medical history and is able to ask questions pertinent to my reasons for seeing her. I don't have to spend a lot of time explaining things that are already in my file. She shows respect and empathy, and I've felt my wellbeing matters to her. I am very satisfied with the care I have received since I have started seeing her. My only complaint is how long it took to schedule my initial "establish care" visit with her; there was a fairly long wait, but I do understand that the clinic is busy. This is no-one at the clinic's fault.

The Dr was very apologetic for running late. She had a complex patient beforehand. She spent a good deal of time with me which was helpful.
