I have always had a good appointment when I went to My Doctor never had no problems. The receptionist is good. The clerks are good never had no problems at all. I would recommend this to anybody that needs a doctor.

I had questions about the medication that I am taking and she very clearly helped me by answering all my concerns and was willing to talk to me about reducing some of my medications.

My only complaint is that it takes quite a while to get in for an appointment unless it is super urgent. Even then, I am generally referred to express care or urgent care. Dr. Patching is fantastic, so I understand why she is busy, but there are definitely times when I would like to be seen more quickly. I'm getting older, so maybe things have changed in how clinics run, but it used to be that providers had a certain number of appointment times reserved for same-or-next-day patients when someone had an acute illness or condition. That no longer seems to be the case, maybe because too many patients are being shoehorned into too few provider schedules.
