Lapier takes her time with all patients, which is good, but it puts her behind schedule. We always arrive on tim but end up waiting an hour beyond the scheduled time before we see her. This happens every single time.

Dr Lapier had to handle an emergency just prior to my appointment. However, even though this delayed my appointment, her MA kept me apprised of how long the delay might be and when I did see the doctor, she spent as much time with me as needed to address my issues.

The reason they didn't call about tests is because I talked to my provider the next day. Also I can see the results in MyChart. Dr. LaPier is an awesome through doctor. She always is helpful & knowledgeable.
