Stephen M. Hayes, DPM

Dr. Stephen Hayes is a graduate of the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine. After graduation, he completed an intensive two year residency in forefoot and rearfoot surgery through University Hospitals of Cleveland, Ohio at Richmond Heights. Upon completion of his residency he and his wife relocated to the Portland/Vancouver area. Dr. Hayes is a diplomat with the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and is board certified in foot surgery. He is also a board certified wound specialist, with extensive experience in diabetic wound care and limb salvage. Dr. Hayes has a special interest in those with diabetes and is a part-time podiatrist at PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center’s Wound Healing Center. He is on the surgical staff of Providence St. Vincent Medical Center and Legacy Good Samaritan Medical Center in Portland. Dr. Hayes is also on the surgical staff at Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center and PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver. In his free time, Dr. Hayes enjoys spending time with his family, and is an avid apiculturist.
