Henry A. Fisher, MD

Doctor Henry A. Fisher completed his undergraduate education with a Bachelor of Arts in Classical Civilization at New York University in 1992 and his Doctor of Medicine at University of Southern California in 1996. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in 1999 and a fellowship in Gastroenterology at University of California, Los Angeles in 2002.

Dr. Fisher is Board Certified in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine. He serves as the Chief of Gastroenterology at Saint Joseph Medical Center since 2007.

Dr. Fisher’s research experience has been in gastrointestinal motility and capsule endoscopy. Dr. Fisher’s professional interests include Capsule Endoscopy, Gastroesophageal reflux disease, Colorectal Cancer Screening, and diseases of the Liver and Pancreas.

Our group strives to provide optimal care for our patients’ digestive health problems in an environment in which they can be comfortable and feel confident in getting the best advice and the most effective treatments.
