This visit was in advance of a scheduled colonoscopy. All of the staff and providers were very helpful and the facility was very nice.

The provider was excellent and explained everything to me. Very happy with her!

Ms. James was very professional and explained the procedure to me. She gave me a pain free injection into my right knee. I was very satisfied with the care.

It took a while to get the appointment from a referral. I had trouble getting through to them with the automated phone system. I would be on hold for a while and then the call would drop. Once I got through everyone was very helpful. The provider I met with was very knowledgeable and helpful.

While Amanda is competent overall, I need to stress that when I began to ask her a question she immediately interrupted me. This is unacceptable from a medical provider, although my experience is that it is a routine occurrence. It shows that the provider is more interested in speaking than in listening. When I objected to make sure my question was heard, I was told a story about someone else - I don't need stories about other people, I need answers to my questions. Overall, Amanda is a good provider. But she needs to learn to put the patient first and listen very carefully when spoken to, and then directly address the substance of the patient's concerns. This is not hard to do once one puts one's mind to it.

She has been the best health provider, with the exception of Dr. Heidman, that I have had. All my contact with her has been great, no complaints. My only concern now is who will be taking her place.
