I'm so grateful to have seen Dr. Amanda B. She was patient and explained everything very clearly and did not make me feel rushed. I felt reassured as I saw her take the time to actually look in my medical record and provide me with valuable information to help me resolve my health issues. I was fortunate to have seen a doctor with such extensive experience. Additionally, the entire team was outstanding.The only gap was that my prescription order didn't reach Costco,. So I have to follow up on that.

She really cares and wants to help.

Excellent care, responsive to questions, gave me some great advice about prescription med timing that has helped greatly, explained upcoming procedure very well and gave me good advice for prepping for the procedure.

I have had very good care with Providence overall. Everyone I have dealt with has been extremely courteous and professional. My only wish is that providers would reach out with the results of lab tests in a more timely manner. In my experience, after waiting several days after the results were available on MyChart, I still had to call to discuss them with the providers and then wait for a callback. In the case with Amanda James those lab results were all negative and so there was no issue.

She listened to my concerns and reassured me of something I knew to be true.
