The one thing I'd like to comment on is the impact Gigi had on an assumption about my health. She seemed very certain that I had an ulcer or some underlying issue with my upper GI tract. After getting an EGD, I do not have an ulcer or any internal damage of any kind. Her confidence in this assumption sparked significant anxiety and worry. In the future, it would be more helpful if she didn't say things like this with such certainty. Doctors and NPs need to understand that their words carry weight and can cause unnecessary stress, anxiety & worry. Other than that, I did like Gigi. She expedited my care in an urgent situation which I greatly appreciated.
