Erica Lee, NPC

I think that Ericka was great !!! I feel that I can trust her to take care of me and she seems very knowledgeable at the time of my first visit. The only thing I will say is that Ericka is a super fast talker and I feel like I needed her to go more slower with me. I'm sure if I asked her to slow down a bit she would have so maybe next time if I feel that way I will ask her to slow down a bit. But I really did like her and had a good visit.

I was very pleased with how much Erica knew about my situation despite not being who I normally see. I felt that she tool my situation seriously and took the time to read past reports and my history to provide me with optimal care. The result was getting the treatment I needed quickly. This was probably the best medical interaction I have had in a long time.

Provider was very polite, professional and informative. She had a great bedside manner.

My problem was discussed and medication prescribed. I plan to follow the recommended therapy and I will follow with my regular NP as previously scheduled. This was a very good experience, validating my trust in this providers team for future care.

This visit was a consult appt only to evaluate for a colonoscopy. Ms Lee explained and answered my questions/concerns clearly and thoroughly. I left with printed instructions and a procedure appt.

Receptionist, Medical Technician and Nurse Practitioner were all excellent. The NP and MT provided superb care and clearly explained each step.

When really well for colonoscopy

I went to this provider for abdominal pain. When she entered the room, she wore a mask and stayed across the room for me. She did not warmly greet me or shake my hand. She stayed behind the computer for the entire visit. She did not palpate my abdomenor anything physical. I have a lot of pain, which is why I made this disappointment. I was disappointed in the level of care that I received. I would not go back to this provider.

Erica has provided a good experience. I was frustrated with this sibo I had been battling for almost 3 years. She took her time to help me get to the bottom of everything and ensured that I had the proper treatment. She always answered all of my questions and followed up immediately with any results that came in. She was very kind to me as well. I felt heard and well taken care of as her patient.
