Listened to my concerns. Was able to get an appointment sooner than my scheduled appointment as I had concerns of new symptoms.

Everyone at the office was very nice and respectful. The office is clean and comfortable.

She did not demonstrate interest in my case.She wasn't prepared with my chart.I had to explain to her why I was there.She did not put any interest in my case even though I explained her why I was there. I came out the sane way I got in, with no solution to my case, just cuple of orders to cover her accion with me.Very poor professionalism from her.If I could, I will request a different Provider.

There was some confusion over the appointment being in the office or virtual. The matter was worked out, I saw the doctor and have requested phone consultations, not virtual visits, in the future. Liked the flexibility of the staff to adjust to unforeseen situations.

This was my first visit to Dr Madrigal. She was easy to talk to, very communicative, knowledgeable and caring. So glad I made the switch to her based on this initial meeting.

Dr. Madrigal it's a very caring and great doctor!I have no bad experience with her personally.When I first tried to make an appointment last year, she was being booked out about five months. I was not happy about that as I had an illness that we were trying to figure out what it was. I was able to contact her via my chart app and she responded right away and we did a couple of virtual appointments which I greatly appreciated. I kept my five month booked out appointment which was on January [Date] to let her know how much I appreciated her and to give her the latest update on the illness I was dealing with last year. All is good for now and I highly recommend Dr. Madrigal to my family and friends.
