Dr Rodrigues is thoughtful and communicates very well. I had a virtual appointment prior to my colonoscopy and he understood my concerns.

I had a good conversation with Dr. Rodriguez and we came up with a game plan to address my issues going forward. This was very important to me.

Dr. Rodrigues provides excellent care & takes care to recognize my overall health & conditions that are being treated by other doctors as well. He and his staff are kind and respectful.

Dr Rodrigues listened carefully but I would have appreciated a bit more explanation of my condition which was beginning its third month. It took several weeks to get an appointment and then it had to be rescheduled at doctors request.

I felt, meeting Dr Rodrigues for the first time, comfortable and I had felt I made the right decision in choosing him.

I waited less than 10 minutes before I saw my doctor. He listened, asked me questions about my symptoms and referred me for tests that were appropriate to my issues. I really appreciate his thoroughness. I am very happy with the way my doctors and the team members and staff take care of my health. .

Dr Rodrigues discussed treatment thoroughly including possible alternatives to rectify my condition if prescribed medications do not work (they did, btw). He did a great job of alleviating concerns and I walked out feeling confident he put me on tge right path. He also followed up a day later with lab results and to see how tge meds were working. Just top notch service all the way around.

As a patient, these traits translate to confidence in the care received. First time visit. The entire staff were all excellent, Doctor Dan R too. So far so good. Will wait until the procedure for final rating

I haven't had any negative experiences with any of the staff or doctors that I have seen through Mission Hospital.

The receptionists and MAs were very polite and professional. The doctor was polite and excellent at teaching and answering questions. I felt like this doctor listened to me and provided good options to address my concern. The MA that helped schedule my colonoscopy also did a great job at at explaining scheduling and the papers I received in regards to my upcoming procedure.

Have never had a doctor's office take me back early, doctor walk in on time, and the staff walk in to schedule the procedure ordered. Wow! If only every office operated like this -- this was amazing!
