Dr Rodrigues discussed treatment thoroughly including possible alternatives to rectify my condition if prescribed medications do not work (they did, btw). He did a great job of alleviating concerns and I walked out feeling confident he put me on tge right path. He also followed up a day later with lab results and to see how tge meds were working. Just top notch service all the way around.

Dr. Rodriguez was solid in his command of specialty. A great communicator able to project confidence in his skills as a physician. As a patient, these traits translate to confidence in the care received. A doctor that is passionate about what he does and has not lost sight of the Magnitude of healthcare provided to the person in his care. Well done.

I haven't had any negative experiences with any of the staff or doctors that I have seen through Mission Hospital.

The receptionists and MAs were very polite and professional. The doctor was polite and excellent at teaching and answering questions. I felt like this doctor listened to me and provided good options to address my concern. The MA that helped schedule my colonoscopy also did a great job at at explaining scheduling and the papers I received in regards to my upcoming procedure.

Thus was an initial consultation due to circumstances related to other care I am receiving. Dr. Rodrigues was fantastic in sharing concerns and the approach. Likewise his support staff was also incredible.

Dr Rodrgues listen carefully about discomfort I was experiencing, he came up with actions I can take at home to alleviate my symptoms and offered an expedited colonoscopy if I didn't get relief to further explore what was going on.

My experience was as good as I could ask for.

The visit was fine and the doctor answered my questions. It was my first video visit so it's hard to know if my opinion is biased by that- but while I liked how easy and convenient it was, I didn't really "connect" with this provider, it felt a bit off, which could be the fact that we were not in person or maybe our personalities didn't fit.
