Jane Lee was very thorough and helpful in her approach.

She ordered tests, but never authorized them so they were not done. She apparently referred me to a specialist, but never gave me the information. Said it was "in my portal". Don't know what that means. Then during the follow up visit she questioned why I hadn't seen the specialist yet. Uh, what specialist? This was a complete waste of time. Two visits and no resolution, no follow up, no referrals, no approvals and zero communication. Extremely displeased.

Jane Lee was kind and listened to my health issue. I was experiencing pain for three months and she did her best to examine me without causing too much pain. She ordered an MRI to hopefully determine the cause of my pain, Very grateful for Jane Lee and her concern her care ncern for my health h my sue.
