Dr. Thomas is warm, professional, interested, and competent. She made me feel safe and addressed my concerns and took them seriously. Because she listened, I'm significantly better now and she had applicable suggestions for my other health needs even recommending other specialists. Due to her encouragement and concern for my overall health, I'm significantly better now. I've recommended my family change to Dr. Thomas as well as a few coworkers.

Dr Thomas is attentive and up to speed with my hepatitis b

The only trouble I had was in knowing when and how to obtain my preparation prescription for the colonoscopy. It was ordered 6 weeks before the procedure and I didn't know when or how I should fill it. I had to call the surgery center to ask a nurse for contact for the doctor to find out how to get the prep solution.Otherwise, the nurses assisting me on the day of the procedure were very positive and helpful and patient. The doctor was friendly and spoke to me in a way that was understandable and helped me be calm about a new procedure.

Dr. Thomas is class personified. She is literally the most amazing doctor I've connected with a very long time. This was for specialty care so although I don't expect to see her yearly, when I do get the opportunity, I'll be very much looking forward to it because she has amazing bedside manner. The most challenging thing about her practice is landing a first appointment. I actually scheduled with her 2 different times and had both appointments cancelled on me after waiting months so that was disappointing. The only thing that save me was just randomly calling the office to see if there had been cancellations and I lucked out. But that's not the doctor's fault, but I would say for new patients, it's tough to navigate. Other than that, I had and will continue to have a great experience with Dr. Thomas. She's just amazing.
